SUBJECT : AFTER ACTIVITY REPORT

DATE : February 6-17, 2017

2. In relation to the above references from the activity undertaken are the
following:
DAY 1
On February 6, 2017, I failed to attend our first day of our duty in the BFP because I got a
flue that causes me to absent.
DAY 2
On February 7, 2017, I arrived at 7:30 am at the Bureau of Fire Protection. We have our
formation which conducted by our Team Leader with the supervision of our site supervisor, Insp.
Herme Bolosio. After the formation, we have our discussion regarding First Aid and CPR by
FO1 Michelle Paredes. She demonstrated to us on how to conduct the CPR as well as on how
and when to apply the first aid on the patient. After the discussion and some questions, at around
11 am, we took our lunch break. In the afternoon, we are instructed to wear our athletic uniform
because we are going to have our Hose Throwing. At around 1:30 pm, we proceed at the freedom
park for our practice as well as for our demonstration on our Hose Throwing. At around 4 pm,
we are back at the fire station and afterwards we have our cleaning on our respective tasked. At 5
pm, we have our formation which conducted by FO1 Darwin Orsolino and afterwards we are
dismissed.
DAY 3
On February 8, 2017 at the Bureau of Fire Protection, we got a discussion in fire
investigation by FO3 Ariel Tan. In the afternoon, at around 3, we have a warm-up exercised
which conducted by Criminology Intern, Pablo Cebujano with the supervision of FO1 Darwin
Orsolino. At around 4 pm, we cleaned the area we are assigned and afterwards we are formed by
FO1 Darwin Orsolino and later on we are dismissed.
DAY 4
On February 9, 2017, I arrived at 7:30 am at the Bureau of Fire Protection. We have our
formation which conducted by our Team Leader. At around 8:30 am, FO1 Darwin Orsolino
discussed as well as demonstrated to us the different family of Knot Tying. The objectives of
Knot Tying was that, easy to tie and easy to untie. The different family of knot tying were the
following; Overhand Family, Hitches Family, Figure 8 Family, Bowline Family, Other Knot
Family and Harness Family. In the afternoon, I was excused because I got a scheduled by a
dentist in Provincial Hospital for a Pasta.
DAY 5
On February 10, 2017, I arrived at 7:38 am at the Bureau of Fire Protection. We just
practiced on the knot tying for the preparation for our demonstration on Monday. At around
11:30 am, we took our lunch break. In the afternoon, I was excused again because I was at the
hospital because I have a patient with serious ailment.

DAY 6
On February 13, 2017, I arrived at 7:30 am at the Bureau of Fire Protection. At 8:00 am,
we attended the flag ceremony at the municipal covered court of Catarman. After that, we backed
at the fire station and have our formation which conducted by our Team Leader with the
supervision of our site supervisor, Insp. Herme Bolosio. At around 9:30 am, we have our
demonstration on Knot Tying. I got one mistake out of three. In the afternoon, FO1 Darwin
Orsolino have a short discussion about the fire extinguisher, the different classification of fire
and the elements of fire. At around, 4:30 pm, we have our formation and we are dismissed.

DAY 7
On February 14, 2017, I arrived at 7:40 am at the Bureau of Fire Protection. At around 8
am, we have our formation as well as inspection which conducted by our Team Leader with the
supervision of FO1 Darwin Orsolino. After the inspection, FO1 Darwin Orsolino gave us a
photocopy on the different parts of fireman rescue uniform for us to memorize because we have
a recitation for that tomorrow. At 11:30 am, we took our lunch break. In the afternoon, I dont
joined the warm-up exercised because Im not feeling well. At around, 4:30 pm, we have our
formation and later on we are dismissed.

DAY 8
On February 15, 2017, I arrived at 7:42 am at the Bureau of Fire Protection. As usual we
have our formation. We just only memorize the photocopy given to us for our recitation this
afternoon. At 11:30 am, we took our lunch break. In the afternoon, at around 2, we have our
individual recitation on the different parts of fireman rescue uniform. Im the first one who
recited and I got a perfect score on that. At around 3:30 pm, we cleaned our assignment area and
afterwards we have a formation and later on we are dismissed.

DAY 9
On February 16, 2017, we are excused for our CAC- INTERACT to be held at UEP.

DAY 10
On February 17, 2017, I arrived at 7:55 am at the Bureau of Fire Protection. At around 8
am, we have our formation. Since this was our last day, I was assigned for the preparation for our
Budols Fight, together with Rica Salazar, Dennis Lagahit, Carlo Balleta, Ivy Apolinar and Ma.
Maricel Teapace. At around 12:00 pm, we started our Budols Fight. After that, we cleaned the
area. At around 2:30 pm, Insp. Herme Bolosio gave his last speech and comments regarding on
our performance at their agency. He also gave us some advices for our better future and his
warmed Thank You to our group. At around 3:30 pm, we are dismissed by FO3 Freddie
Herrera.
