Dear Nagendra Sir,

I am doing this email concerning to enforcement to resigning from my job from Cengage Pvt. Ltd. yesterday Mr. Gourav
Verma conveyed me to resign from job on the basis of this year achievements. Since I have been working from last two
years in Cengage. In first year of my work (2018-19) I have done 50-52 Lakhs of my target with the tight market
conditions and this year I have achieved around 34 Lakhs of my target still with the very tight market conditions. I have
added so many precious clients like

Allen Indore (Physics - DPP and JEE -Books will be compulsory)
Sardana Classes Dewas (customized foundation books)
R Shankara Ujjain (customized foundation books)

During my tenure I have faced Problems and similar discussed with Mr. Gourav Verma –

1) Jaico Bhopal distributor – purchased 1000-1200 unit of material from outside of the MP&CG of worth 4 lakhs
which is not included into my target. Similar I have emailed to Mr. Nagendra and Mr. Gourav.
2) UBS Bhopal – Mr. Gourav visited Bhopal with me and agreed to give 50% discount on UPSC and on other 44%
on materials but this was rejected by Cengage so UBS Bhopal refused to place the order of 1500 units.
3) On the basis of above cash accounts holder (Ujjain Book Depot, Indore, Rajesh book Depot Bhopal, Jaico
Bhopal) got stubborn in not to placing the orders. Since we have got sales material from Bhopal.
4) Bhargav Book Depot (Geeta bhavan, Indore) sale Photocopy of Cengage new material every year which
conveyed to Mr. Gourav Verma. No action took against him.
5) Material coming from Kota and Delhi have 45-47% discounted easily available in MP & CG market due to which
we have to open cash accounts for dealers. 90% (30 Lakh) of my achieved target is due to the cash accounts.

Adding to this I have been told to transfer to Delhi on which I was agreed but I requested that my wife is pregnant
and I am able to shift delhi in March 2020. But yesterday I have been forced to resign from job. I request to Mr.
Alok Shrivastava and Mr. Nagendra Reddy to see this matter on personal basis.
