    Objective: To write a reply to Sakie e-mail message.

    Plan:

    1. Johana thanks Sakie for her message.


    2. Johana tells Sakie she has to arrive to Yokohama train station one
    hour before the train departures.
    3. Johana tells Sakie that after the train arrives in Tokyo, she needs to
    take a bus from the train station to Narita International airport.
    4. Johana recommends having the passport and boarding pass on hand
    before the check in.
    5. Johana tells Sakie that the flight to Los Angeles takes very long.
    Considering the arrival time, Johana thinks it is better to spend the
    night at the hotel airport.
    6. Johanna tells Sakie she can wake up early and do some shopping at
    the duty free section of Los Angeles airport. (The duty free is at
    Terminal 2).
    7. Johana tells Sakie that the boarding gate to Bogota’s flight is at
    Terminal 5. Thus, Sakie needs to take a shuttle from Terminal 2 to
    Terminal 5. The shuttle takes 15 minutes. Johana also tells Sakie that
    she can walk, if she prefers so. The walk from Terminal 2 to Terminal
    5 takes about 35 minutes.
    8. Johana tells Sakie she can’t spend too much time walking around
    because she can miss her flight.
    9. Johana tells Sakie that she is working in the afternoons now. So, on
    September 23rd she can’t go to El Dorado airport. Johana tells Sakie
    that after she arrives in Bogota, she has to go pass by the immigration
    checkpoints.
    10. Johana tells Sakie that after passing immigration she can go to the
    baggage claim section and pick up her luggage.
    11. Johana tells Sakie that there are taxi points at El Dorado Airport where
    she can ask for a safe Taxi.
    12. Johana tells Sakie to get a taxi and ask the driver to take her to the
    downtown, where Johana lives.
    13. Johana says goodbye.

    Dear Saki, thank you. I’m so glad to hear from you

    Chiefly, you have to take a train which you must wait 30 minutes before the train
    arrives at the station. You get on the train y when you arrive, you get off the train.
    Then you take a taxi to Narita international airport, the trip of the airport is a little
    long, I recommend you talk to the taxi driver or listen to music while you arrive. When
    you get there, take out your passport and hold it in your hands.

    The trip from Yokohama to the Angeles is very long, almost 12hours, because is
    across a continent. The most recommended is travel in the night to rest and sleep
    during the flight and arrive in the morning to Los Angeles, then you can go shopping,
    stroll for the city and know tourist places.

    When you get to Bogota, look the entrance door terminal 5, you can take bus or going
    walk but you must be attentive because the sign over the door say Terminal 5.

    If you travel by bus is at least 15 minutes and walking take 35 minutes any of the
    option, although walk is good and interesting, but you can't forget that you must
    towards the entrance to the terminal 5.

    Then you would arrive in hour’s afternoon, but the only problem is that I working and
    go out at 6 pm, I can't receive you and the airport is very far of my work, for that
    When you are in the airport and you has to pass immigration and next to go baggage
    section, look for a taxi and give the exact instructions to gate to my apartment.

    You must say him: the apartment is located on Av Libertadores, neighborhood San
    Eduardo at 14 street condominium St.Ayde apartment # 202. Near the apartment there
    is a large park, also there is a super market called Betel. There are beautiful plants
    along the avenue and beautiful houses along the street. I waiting for you. I hope that
