MMDST SKILLS LABORATORY
Guidelines:
 Each student should report on their allotted schedule with their
assigned pediatric client (infant, toddler, preschooler).
 Parents should be well oriented and have consented for the activity to
be conducted.
 Each group should bring the following:
 MMDST
 Ruler
 Pencil
 Mat
 Cheese Curls
 The group should facilitate the transportation and snacks of their client.
 A token of any kind that is useful for the client shall be given after the
activity.
 Requirements:
 MMDST tool (group output)
 Interpretation with Scientific Basis (group output)
 LFD (individual)
*Compile in each portfolio. Deadline of Portfolio: December 13, 2019
