    This Precourse Self-Assessment had 3 sections.

    The Rhythm Identification section tested your ability to identify the basic core rhythms used in
    the ACLS Provider Course and written exam. You scored 80% on your ability to identify
    these rhythms.

    The Pharmacology section tested your ability to identify drugs used in clinical situations. You
    scored 100% on your ability to identify these drugs or interventions and doses.

    The Practical Application section tested your ability to identify a rhythm and then choose the
    correct action or drug. This is what you will be expected to do in the learning stations and the
    Megacode Testing Station. You scored 80% on your ability to select a treatment or
    intervention after identifying the rhythm.
    Here is how you scored on the algorithms:

    Cardiac arrest: 81% (22/27)

    The questions tested your knowledge of material in the ACLS Core Cases. If you scored
    low in a case, review it and the drugs and series and sequence of interventions used in the
    case.

    certain drug knowledge, review the drug and make sure you know how and when the drug
    is used in the algorithm. Also, know the dose used in the specific situations, such as the
    use of atropine in PEA versus ACS, or the dose ranges of dopamine and epinephrine used
    for bradycardia.
