    LP heaters operation

    1. Operation while unit start up

    Water side operation:

     When the condensate system is put into operation, the LP heater water side will be directly
    injected water for exhaust. When the water comes out of the exhaust valve at the water side, it
    will be closed. During water injection, check that the water level of the low-pressure heater
    does not change (the water level of the heater steam side may rise due to the water
    condensation. After the emergency drain regulating valve is opened to drain the water, the
    water level of the heater shall not rise again).
     Flush the low pressure heater as required until it is qualified (FE < 50ug / L).

    Steam side operation:

     The steam side of No. 7A / B and 8A / B low pressure heaters shall be put into operation
    randomly when the steam turbine is running.
     If the steam turbine vacuum is low, check whether there is any air leakage point at the steam
    side of low pressure heater, and close the operation exhaust valve at the steam side of No. 5
    and No. 6 heaters if necessary.
     After the turbine is driven to 2000rpm, from no.6 LP to no.5 LP heater can be put into
    operation. Check that the relevant drain valve of the extraction pipe has been opened, the
    extraction check valve of the low pressure heater is in open state, slightly open the extraction
    electric valve of the low pressure heater for preheating, and pay attention to control the change
    rate of the outlet water temperature of the low pressure heater not more than 3 ℃ / min.
    Gradually open the extraction electric valve of low-pressure heater to fully open, put the normal
    drain regulating valve into automatic operation, slightly open the emergency drain regulating
    valves of low-pressure heaters to maintain the normal water level, gradually close the
    emergency drain regulating valves of low-pressure heaters and put them into automatic
    operation after the unit load rises to 198mw, and check that the automatic adjustment of the
    normal drain regulating valves of low-pressure heaters is normal.
     When the check valves and electric valves of fifth and sixth extraction steam have been opened
    and the unit load is ≥ 198mw, check and close all drain valves of fifth and sixth extraction steam
    pipeline.

    2. Unit is in operation, LP heaters input

     Slightly open the inlet valve of the LP heater water side to inject water and to extract air. During
    the water injection, closely monitor the water level at the steam side to ensure there is no
    change; Close the exhaust valves when water comes out. Slowly open the inlet and outlet valves
    at the water side, and close the bypass valve at the water side; when switching from the bypass
    to the main circuit, monitor the normal condensate flow to prevent water cut off.
     Check that all drain valves of the steam extraction pipeline have been opened, slightly open the
    electric valve of the low pressure heater for preheating, and pay attention to control that the
    temperature rise rate of the outlet water temperature of the heater is not grater than 3 ℃ /
    min, gradually open the electric valve of the low pressure heater until it is fully opened.
     Close the start exhaust valve at the steam side of low pressure heater, properly open the
    operation exhaust valve of low pressure heater, and closely monitor the vacuum of condenser.
    If the vacuum drops rapidly, close the valve immediately, check the heater, and continue to
    operate after confirming that the air leakage point is eliminated.
     Gradually open the normal drain regulating valve of low pressure heater and put it into
    automatic mode, close the emergency drain regulating valve of low pressure heater and put it
    into automatic mode.
     When the extraction check valve and the extraction electric valve are fully opened, check that
    all drain valves of the extraction pipe should be closed.
