    ASSIGNMENT 2 IQTISAD FI AL-SUNNAH

    A. The meaning of Hadith Masyhur and Hadith Mauquf?

    1) Hadith Masyhur - That is, a hadith narrated from three diamond chains or a hadith
    narrated by three or more people to three or more people and so
    on until you get at least three different of sanad.

    2) Hadith Mauquf - That is a fatwa or the word of one's own friend narrated to us.
    Named Mauquf is a fatwa or the word stops at the companions,
    not the prophet. And named Mauquf it athar.

    B. The meaning of Hadith Qudsi and Hadith Nabawi.

    1) Hadith Qudsi - The hadith scholars say that the hadith Qudsi is the word of the
    prophet which is mentioned by saying that Allah said, the word
    is based on Allah and narrated from it.

    2) Hadith Nabawi - Everything that is transferred from the prophet sallallahu 'alayhi
    wa sallam whether it is a word, an act or a taqrir, before the
    prophet is resurrected as a messenger, or after him.

    C. Four (4) terms using in Ilm Musthalah Hadith:

    1) Sanad

    - That is the path that conveys to the hadith.

    2) Musnad

    - That is a book collected hadith in it narrated from one or more companions.

    3) Matan

    - That is the hadith of the Prophet (s.a.w) at the end of the sanad.
    4) Hafiz

    - That is, the person who memorizes as many as 100,000 hadiths with his
    sanad.

    D. Four (4) signs of Hadith Maudu:

    1. There are strong reasons that motivate a narrator to make the hadith.

    2. Hadith that is contrary to the intellect.

    3. Violating the text (clear Qur'anic description).

    4. Explain a very big reward for a very small deed or deed or a very big
    punishment for an act that is too small.

    E. Five (5) reasons of appear hadith Maudu’:

    1. Political disagreement over the caliphate.

    2. Zanaqah is a group that hates the development and greatness of Islam and is
    not happy to see the success of the Islamic government.

    3. Asabiyyah is a group that is too submissive to race and culture.

    4. Those who are loyal to Imam Abu Hanifah.

    5. Disputes of understanding in the matter of fiqh according to sects.

    F. Five (5) Imam’s of Hadith:

    1. Imam Bukhari.

    2. Imam Muslim.

    3. Imam Abu Dawud.

    4. Imam Tirmidhi.

    5. Imam Ibn Majah.
