Exercise C. Essay
1. When does “conflict of interest” exist?
Conflict of interest exist when the human make a decision or the organization. Conflict of
interest also exist when the elements like environment exist. Conflict of interest exists when
you have an interest that interferes with your responsibilities as a coach or interferes with
your ability to act in the best interest of the coaching profession. Conflict of interest may
arise when you use your role as a coach for inappropriate personal gain or when personal
interests conflict with your coaching agreement.
