DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This DEED OF DONATION, made and executed by EULALIA R.

PARADO and at the same time as attorney-in-fact of Resureccion Dolores and
Soledad P. Montera who executed a Special Power of Attorney before Fario T.
Albao, Jr and entered in his notarial register as Doc. No. 310; Page No. 69; Book
No. 02; Series of 2010 and a Special Power of Attorney executed before Atty.
Rogelio J. Bolivar and entered in his Notarial register as Doc. No. 58; Page No. 12;
Book No. XXX1; Series of 2010, respectively herein made as an integral part
hereof, of legal age, sigle, Filipino and with residence at Dubinan East, Santiago
city hereinafter called the DONOR in favor of BERNABE LACUESTA,
RODOLFO LACUESTA, MATILDI LACUESTA, DANNY LACUESTA, all
of legal age, Filipinos and residents of Barangay Cebu, San Isidro, isabela,
hereinafter called the DONEES,
WITNESSETH:
That the DONORS are the absolute and registered owner in fee simple of a
parcel of land situated in the Barrio of Cebu, Muncipality of San Isidro, Province
of Isabela, and more particularly described in TCT-164547 of the land registry of
Deeds, as follows:
“ A Parcel of Land (Lot No. 3869-B of the subd. Plan

(LRC) Psd-169003, being a portion of Lot 3869, Echague
Cad, Rec. No. 1055) situated in the Barrio of Cebu,
Municipality of San Isidro, Province of Isabela, Island of
Luzon. Containing an area of TWENTY FIVE
THOUSAND (25,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONORS
have for the DONEES, the said DONORS by these presents transfer and convey,
by way of DONATION, unto the said DONEES, their heirs and assigns, the
eastern portion of above-named-described real property with an area of Twenty
five thousand (25,000) square meters free from all liens and encumbrances;
That the DONORS do hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to
this donation, that they reserved for themselves in full ownership sufficient
property to support them in a manner appropriate to their needs;
That the DONEES do hereby accept this donation of the above-described

real property, and do hereby express their gratitude for the kindness and liberality
of the DONORS.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONORS and the DONEES have

This DEED OF DONATION, made and executed by RODRIGO V.
OLARTE, SR., of legal age, widower, Filipino citizen and a resident of 3513
ROOM 13 FLOOR 35 YUATFU HOUSE TIN YUAT ESTATE, TINSWAI N.T.
HK, CHINA, hereinafter called the DONOR, in favor of BARANGAY RIZAL
WEST, SAN ISIDRO, ISABELA duly represented by Punong Barangay
GABINA A. BELTRAN, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen, and a resident of
Rizal West , San Isidro, Isabela, hereinafter called the DONEE,
WITNESSETH:
That the DONOR is the absolute and registered owner in fee simple of a
parcel of land Cadastral Lot No. 4654-G-10, more particularly described as
follows:
North- NE by Road
East - NW., LOT 4654
South- SE., by Lot 4654-G-12
West - SW by Road
That for and in consideration of the generosity, love and affection which the
DONOR has for the DONEE herein, the said DONOR by these presents transfers
and conveys, by way of DONATION, unto the said DONEE, by equal proportion
or pro rata a portion of the property above described, ONE HUNDRED
SEVENTY THREE & FIFTY (173.50) SQUARE METERS, more or less with
the reservation that the DONOR shall be left an area of the subject property;
That the DONOR does hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to
this donation, that he has reserved for himself in full ownership sufficient property
to support her in a manner appropriate to her needs;
That the DONEE does hereby accept this donation of the above-described
real property subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and do hereby
express their gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the DONOR;

latter witnessed and signed this deed and every page thereof on the left margin in
the presence of the DONOR and of one another, that all the pages of said deed are
numbered correlatively in letters placed on the upper page, and that the attestation
clause is in a language known to the instrumental witnesses; they further
acknowledged to me that the said deed and attestation are their own free and
