    Time: 3:00-4:00 PM

    RATIONALE:
    The Kapalong National High School including the SSG officials and other club and organization
    president conduct a school based leadership training and team building that will capacitate and
    develop their leadership skills.
    OBJECTIVES:
    1. To harness the potential of student leader.
    2. To capacitate the student leader in their duties and responsibilities.
    3. To develop the camaraderie of every leader who will lead in the school and community
    PARTICIPANTS:

     SSG OFFICERS, PRESIDENT OF DIFFERENT CLUB AND ORGANIZATION (ORGANIZED CLUB)


     PEER counselor, SSG adviser, guidance counselor
     Total participants: 50 person and 5 facilitator
    BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS:
    Meal allowance 30 x 3 = 90.00
    90.00 x 55 (participants) = 4, 950.00
