    BUSINESS PLAN
    INTRODUCTION

    Wanted: A serious investor with cash to join our currently medium scale mining company. The
    company is working on one good mine with grades that average 36 grams per ton. We also own
    rights to mine anywhere within the country. The optimum target production is expected to exceed
    500 troy ounces a month at the current mine where the main ore body is an estimated 1.5million
    tons.
    An estimated US$2.5milion is sufficient initially. 49pc of the venture is on offer and funds shall
    be directly used to equip and refurbish the equipment making up the infrastructure and working
    capital of the project.
    Existing Infrastructure:
    The current infrastructure is made up of the following, among other things:
    • A shaft down to the first level with cross cuts to the reef;

    • A head gear on the shaft , complete with the hoist;

    • Underground rail system in the cross cuts;

    • The milling system has a conveyor has a conveyor system from the grizzly to the crusher
    and from the crusher to the ore bin;

    • A 10x21 Samuel Osborne jaw crusher;

    • An 8x4 ball mill and a 4x3 ball mill;

    • Beneficiation is through two Querl bowls and a James table housed in a secure building;

    • Two war man slime pumps;

    • There are seven tanks for cyanide extraction of gold;

    • A borehole has been dug to satisfy water requirements;

    • Electricity bas been brought to the mine with 500KVA transformer;

    • There is also a developed pit for open cast mining;

    • Sundry tanks, tools and equipment too numerous to mention.

    Available Mineral Resources on site:


    The mine consists of claims covering four reefs, one is shafted and another is open cast. The
    shafted reef has a mine life of 157years at the extraction of about thirty tones per day (over
    1.5million tons). The underground grades vary from 16grm per ton to 220grm per ton of fine gold
    with many nuggets. It is our hope that production will begin at one hundred tons per day with
    three levels.
    Opencast is expected to contribute initially some fifteen ton of undiluted ore per day with grades
    of approximately 18grm to 36grm per ton expected.
    In the period it ran as a small scale opencast operation 420 tons of ore recovered 15Kgs of gold.

    Any charges arising from your work on this project will only be raised when funded. No funds,
    no commission basis. If you cannot find an investor, no liability will be raised on ourselves. Any
    charges on the funding raised must be agreed with us in advance.
    Terms applying to partners:
    New partners have the option of being silent partners. They may become actively involved in the
    project. They are welcome to participate in management or employ to safeguard their interests.
    New partners are also welcome to sit on the director/owners’ board and will receive periodic
    reports. Partners in the project may also visit frequently. No restrictions are imposed in any
    regard to the partners’ involvement.
    Country tax 7.5pc production

    About the current partners:


    The current owners have experience in the mining sector, as well as business management,
    accounting and financial management. One director is the holder of CIS, CIMA and an MBA as
    well as working experience in several large public and private companies. The second partner has
    two university degrees in accounting and finance and served five year articles with one of the
    large international Charted Accounting firms.
