Steel required on outer face = 35328-10599 = 24729 mm2
C/s area of vertical bond bar (diameter = 12 mm) = 113 mm2
No of bars required on inner face=10599/113 = 94 nos
Diameter to center of bond bars at inner face = 8.0+2*0.050+2*0.012+0.012
= 8.136 m
Circumference at center of inner bars=(p*8.136) = 25.560 m
Spacing of inner bond bars=25.560/94*1000 = 272 mm
Limiting spacing to = 200 mm
Number of bond bars at inside face=25.560/0.200 = 128 nos
No of bars required on outerr face=24729/113 = 219 nos
Diameter to center of bond bars at inner face = 9.3-2*0.050-2*0.012-0.012

Circumference at center of inner bars=(p*9.164) = 28.790 m
Spacing of inner bond bars=28.790/219 = 131 mm
< 650 mm
Provide 12 mm vertical bond bars at 100 mm c/c at outer face. Hence ok
No of bars required = 28.790/0.1 = 288 nos

Lower =9.45-2*0.075-2*0.315=8.57 27.24 1 42.98 kg
Total weight of all hoops (excluding overlaps) = 735 kg
Required weight of stirrups= 956-735 = = 221 kg
Length of stirrup = 3.75 m
Using 12 mm dia stirrups

No of stirrups = 221/3.33 = 67
Diameter to center of outer leg=9.45-2*0.05-0.012 = 9.338 m
Circumference at outer leg = p*9.338 = 29.34 m
Spacing of stirrups at outer face = 29.34/67 = 0.438 m
Hence, provide 12 mm dia stirrups at 150 mm c/c
