    Terms & Conditions (Reliance Digital- Black Friday Offer)

    • Up to 10% Cashback (as per below slab) on Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Cards, Debit Cards & CD Loans

    Min txn: Rs. 10,000


    Max Cashback on EMI txn: Rs. 2,500
    Max Cashback on Non EMI txn: Rs. 1,500
    • Offer valid from 27th November 2020 to 29th November 2020.
    • Offer applicable across Reliance Digital Universe – Reliance Digital, My Jio Store & website www.reliancedigital.in
    • Offer not valid on Kotak Mahindra Bank Commercial Credit Cards & B2B Credit Cards.
    • Customer can avail the offer once per form factor i.e. the customer can avail the offer once in each payment across Debit
    Card Non EMI, Credit Card Non EMI, Debit Card EMI, Credit Card EMI and Consumer Durables Loan.
    • Cashback for all eligible transactions will be given by 31st Mar 2021.
    • Offer cannot be clubbed with any other brand offer – In case of any other brand offer, customer would not be eligible for
    above offer.

    Other Terms & Conditions of Offer:

    • This “Instant discount/cashback” (“Offer”) is made available by Kotak Mahindra Bank (“KOTAK”) under an arrangement
    with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).
    • Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card / Debit Card (“Cardholder”) to make a
    purchase at the merchants’ stores or online website www.reliancedigital.com.
    • Offer is also applicable on availing Kotak Mahindra CD Loans to make the purchase.
    • Offer is valid from 27th November 2020 to 29th November 2020 including both the days.
    • Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
    • Offer is valid on purchase of products worth Rs. 10,000/- or more in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via
    eligible Credit Card / Debit Card / EMIs / CD Loans during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s stores or online website.
    (Eligible Customer).
    • Benefit under this Offer is limited to once per form factor per customer i.e. the customer can avail the offer once in each
    payment across Debit Card Non EMI, Credit Card Non EMI, Debit Card EMI, Credit Card EMI and Consumer Durables Loan.
    • Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
    • Offer not valid on Kotak Corporate Credit Cards, Kotak Commercial Credit Cards and Kotak B2B Credit Cards.
    • Reliance Retail & Kotak Mahindra Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or
    extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers
    hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
    • Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the
    performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
    • Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
    • Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor &
    Distributor. Reliance and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of
    Customer available under this offer.
    • The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and
    services offered by Reliance Retail Limited. Any issue or dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to availing the benefits
    under the Offer must be resolved by the Customer directly with Reliance Retail Limited by writing to
    reliancedigital@ril.com without any reference to the Bank.
    • Decision of Kotak Mahindra Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and
    no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
    • All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
    • By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right
    to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the
    Bank Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages
    or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
