Drilling Rig - DOS Inspection

Scope:
SCOPE Petroleum Services performs a rig specific Dropped Objects Survey for Anton Oil Co .
Rig-3 in Iraq to assure all items are secured After the MASt Raising .

Opening Meeting:
1. Our crew arrived at the rig site on 18/Sebtember/2020.
2. Once arrived the rig site our crew took security and HSE induction.
3. We held a meeting with Rig Manager to discuss the purpose, scope and mithodology of
Droped object survey which agreed and clarified.

Deliverables:
Deliverables from SCOPE Petroleum Services, prior departure from the rig were agreed as
following:

Overview:

Dropped object Inspection all over rig indicating high level of compliance to standards
observed over the application of safety requirement and staff commitment. This inspection report
has been developed to ensure a full examination covering all areas above rig floor. This report
draws_attention to items or equipment that have the possibility for becoming a dropped object and
highlights where improvements can be made to reduce risks, regarding operational safety on drilling
facilities. Items found during the inspection that have a potential to become a dropped object, are
identified in the Fail Report Register. Criticalities ranging from Observation to Critical have been
assigned by experienced and competent personnel based on probability and consequence
