floor. But you have to tidy your room.’
Elena went to her room and sat on her bed. Then Robbie
came into her room.
Robbie said: ‘I have a good idea! Let’s tidy your room

Reading 2
Questions 26–30

The word ‘dinosaur’ comes from two Greek words and

means ‘terrible lizard’. A man called Richard Owen
invented this word in 1842.

Scientists have discovered the fossils of lots of different

kinds of dinosaurs. Some dinosaurs had humps on their
backs, like camels. Other dinosaurs made holes in the
ground and they could hide in them.

Some dinosaurs called Anatotitans had faces like ducks,

but they were much bigger than ducks. Scientists think
that Anatotitans usually walked on four legs and ate
plants. Dinosaur experts say that Anatotitans had a lot of
teeth but they probably didn’t bite other dinosaurs.

Scientists think that Anatotitans only used their teeth to
eat grass and plants. When one of their teeth broke,
another tooth grew in its place. An Anatotitan could run on
two legs if another dinosaur wanted to eat it, but it
probably couldn’t run very fast.

Read each sentence. Is it true or false? Write  for true and 

for false.
Example:
0. ‘Dinosaur’ was a word in Greek before 1842. 

26. Dinosaurs with humps could hide in the ground. []
