The Executive Director of the MBA-ITB Program is now developing the MBA-ITB curriculum for 2018-
2023. With the limited information available, please propose or develop a house-of-quality (HOQ) for
Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to help the Executive Director of MBA-ITB:
a. Please propose the most critical skills (minimum 5) and support with your group’s judgment/reason.
b. Please propose the hows (minimum 5) to achieve your proposed skills.
c. Please use your group judgment to evaluate the relationships between the “What (Skills)” and “How
(Ways)”, by using 3 score level: 1 for Low, 3 for medium, and 5 for strong relationship. Based on your
scoring, please identify the 5 most important “How”. You are not required to fill in the target values
(technical attributes) and technical evaluation, however, your group may try to provide
percentage for each of the proposed hows and the total percentage should be 100%.
