I am writing to you on behalf of the
investigation on the sales clerk in the office at WalkersWood,Ocho Rios, St. Ann company
Jamaica. The sales representative as proven themselves as he most reliable and courteous in
assisting customers throughout the work hours. I find the work team to be very polite with a
very strong understanding when dealing with the customers on a business entrepreneur level.
Hence, I would like to further comment on the process of the investigation as it was arranged to
be carried out confidentially. My summary was satisfactory and I would be grateful to be a part
of the work team.

METHODOLOGY
The method used to collect data by the researcher is an interview with the Sales Clerk along with
a questionnaire.
