Team Mission - Option A

Identify a company or organization, which may also be a student organization, a family business,
or non-government or non-profit organization.

As your team goes for an interview with a human resource (HR) member or officer of an organization you
selected, be guided by the following human resource (HR) audit items. Notice that each item falls under an
HR element, and you are going to inquire about the state of each HR element before and during the
pandemic. Be cognizant of the adjustments (if there were) that have been implemented by the
organization.

For this team mission, your goals are to:
● Study and compare the state of HR in the organization prior to the pandemic, and its current state,
and

● Come up with insights and recommendations to contribute to the sustainability and viability plans
of your chosen company/organization

Moreover, we have defined certain guide questions which you may use as you gather data, whether
through research or interviews. Remember that these are just mere guides in interviewing your subjects.
Use whatever helps but you are also free to explore other questions.

For your formative assessments, you will ask these specific questions:
● What is the state of this HR item before the pandemic and during the pandemic?
