    Underwent an operation for appendicitis (appendicitis removed) – 1981

    Diagnosed as diabetic – 2003

    Admitted to the hospital due to severe pain in the stomach- 12 Feb 2005

    (Diagnosed as food poisoning – cleared)

    Patient was discharged after a week at the hospital – 18 Feb, 2005
