Early in my education, I became a keen observer of my teachers and professors, comparing their
different philosophies and approaches, thinking about their teaching methods, and assessing which methods
enhanced my own learning. By continuing this analysis throughout high school, college, and graduate
studies, I slowly and deliberately amassed a collection of effective teaching techniques.
I commenced my passion of teaching by providing tuitions to students of 9th standards upto 12th. I
spend four years as academy teacher of these students and encouraged them to think out of the box. In
professional teaching, I mainly focuses on fostering the acquisition of a base of concepts and learning skills
to facilitate further learning and thinking. I had developed and adopted the effective method of explaining
any scientific concept to students through online sources, animated tutorials etc. I prefer to deliver lectures
on each topic through strategy called “Why-Why Analysis” to students which had made my students
distinctive from others. My friendly involvement with students made me enable to deal students of different
characteristics. Noteworthy to mentioned that there was a A-level student who was unable to clear exams
of two courses continuously in the last two years. After a through survey and feedbacks from my past
students, his parents brought him to me with great hope. I assessed the intellectual ability of that student
and then started to teach him profoundly which resulted in successful completion of his college education
which were seems quite difficult.
The professional experience of four years in renowned firm have not only enhanced my public
speaking and soft skills but also prompt my teaching abilities to next level. I was the mentor of group of
young engineers and an active trainer. I delivered training and conducted exams of young employees for
different courses of inter department.
Similarly, graduate studies in International platform assisted me to evaluate myself in academics
field. Since in my first class, I was appointed as class representative (CR) of graduate students. I supported
my colleagues in their studies which proved fruitful to me as well. I learnt the assessment criteria,
assignment formulation, quizzes setup and so on while working as Research assistant with professor. I was
assigned for demonstration of undergraduate students about the lab facilities, equipment handling and
experimental operations.
Now, to nourish my teaching skills and to make my research profile worthwhile, I am looking to
render my services as lecturer in renowned university. I ensure that I will bring the same sets of teaching
habits and skills that make a positive environment for students to get benefits. My academic profile and
industrial exposure established me a perfect candidate for the said opening of instructor in mechanical
department. I assure that through my careful observations of the teaching styles, methods, and philosophies
that I experienced throughout my education will provide a valuable collection of effective teaching
techniques. The distillation of varied approaches leads me to adhere to a principle of clarity which demands
that my lectures, expectations of undergraduate students, and educational goals for them be as clear as
possible in the interest of maximizing their educations.
