    ORAL COMMUNICATION

    Good evening my SHS students! ❤

    It has been a GREAT SECOND MONTH of learning and I hope everyone has fully embraced the new
    normal in education.

    Relative to this and as part of assessing students’ competencies acquired from the lessons discussed
    during the month of November, PLEASE BE REMINDED OF YOUR SECOND MONTHLY EXAMINATION IN
    ORAL COMMUNICATION which will happen on your ASYNCHRONOUS CLASS schedule this coming week,
    November 24, 2020 at 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. Please be informed that there will be NO OTHER
    ACTIVITIES TO ACCOMPLISH during your ASYNCHRONOUS CLASS SCHEDULE to give way to the Second
    Monthly Test.

    Your SECOND MONTHLY TEST WILL COVER THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:

    - Communication Breakdown Strategies


    - Different Types of Oral Texts
    - Communication Strategies
    - The Commandments Of Good Communication
    - Types of Speech Context, Speeches and Speech Styles
    - Speech Acts

    Please BEAR IN MIND THAT ALL STUDENTS, REGARDLESS of your LEARNING MODALITIES, are REQUIRED
    to TAKE the SAID TEST.

    I am positive that everyone will do the NECESSARY PREPARATIONS for the upcoming test. This will help
    you to GET POSITIVE RESULTS.

    Other IMPORTANT GUIDELINES of the Second Monthly Test will be posted here.

    INTRODUCTION TO PHILOSOPHY OF THE HUMAN PERSON which will happen on November 25, 2020,
    Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Please be informed that there will be NO OTHER ACTIVITIES TO
    ACCOMPLISH during your ASYNCHRONOUS CLASS SCHEDULE in the morning to give way to the Second
    Monthly Test.

    Your SECOND MONTHLY TEST WILL COVER THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:

    - Evaluating an Argument
    - Methods of Philosophizing
    - Who is the Human Person?
    - The Human Nature

    Please BEAR IN MIND THAT ALL STUDENTS, REGARDLESS of your LEARNING MODALITIES, are REQUIRED

    DURING THE MONTHLY TEST:

    Good day my dear students! :)

    Here are the IMPORTANT GUIDELINES to follow during your SECOND MONTHY TEST on your
    ASYNCHRONOUS SCHEDULE:

    1. Please log - in your VLE account on or before the scheduled time. All students whether the learning
    modality are ONLINE AND MODULAR are REQUIRED to take the test.

    2. Please do not forget to pray the OPENING PRAYER before proceeding to the monthly test. It is
    essential to be guided by our Lord in every activity to be done.

    Here is the OPENING PRAYER:

    "Heavenly Father, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant
    that by the same spirit that we may be truly wise and ever enjoy His consolation. All of these we
    pray in Jesus name. Amen."

    3. ATTENDANCE will still be checked based from your log – in activities. Please manage your time
    properly.

    4. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection before proceeding to the test. Please bear in
    mind that you will ONLY HAVE ONE ATTEMPT in taking the EXAM. Please be careful in answering so that
    your ONE AND ONLY ATTEMPT will not be wasted.

    5. Second Monthly Test will be found on the "MATERIAL MENU". It is titled as "SECOND MONTHLY TEST
    IN ORAL COMMUNICATION.

    6. Please carefully check the availability, time limit or time frame of the said test so that you will
    accomplish and finish it properly.

    7. Please avoid reloading the ACTS-VLE website once you start your attempt on the test.

    8. All the instructions are clearly stated on the description menu. Please read them carefully and make
    sure to follow them faithfully.

    9. Make sure your test is done on or before the scheduled time or within the time frame.

    10. Please practice HONESTY and INTEGRITY as you answer the test. Always remember that "GOD IS
    WATCHING YOU in everything that you do." After finishing the test, please double check and review all
    your answers before submitting.

    11. In case of problems or any concerns, please address these to me properly.

    13. After completing the monthly test, please do not forget to do the CLOSING PRAYER.
    Here is the CLOSING PRAYER:

    "We give you thanks Almighty Father through your son Jesus Christ for all the benefits you have
    given us to you who live and reign forever and ever. Amen."

    Please be guided by these instructions.
