B. Motivation:
Good morning class! How’s your Left way Sir!

today, I will show you a picture.
There are two ways in the picture, (The answer may various)
Right? So if I ask you to choose
one way, which way will you
choose?

C. Presentation of The Topic

D. Discussion
*Here I have a poem entitled *Yes, sir!
crossroads. It is a poem that tells us
about how hard to decide
something. Now I will read the
poem loudly, after that I will let
you to read it loudly. Am I clear?

*So now I will group you into four * Yes, Sir!


groups. Each group will be given a
stanza of the poem. You have to
comprehend the stanza and
illustrate it into a picture. After you
finish, I want the representative of
the group presents their work in
front of the class. You have to also
describe what is the literal meaning
of your stanza using that picture
that you have made. Understood?

E. Activity
Well done Class! So we will play a Yes, Sir!
game here. You have to match the
words or phrases that you see on
the slide with the suitable meaning.
10 Point for the group who can
answer it correctly, and -10 for
those who cannot answer it
correctly. Do you understand?
F. Analysis
Class, this time I will ask you
questions to test your understanding of
the poem.
1. What do you think the main
topic of the poem?
2. Does the poem speak about
real life situation?
3. What truth in a young person’s
life is reflected in the poem?
4. Most of the lines in the poem
are asking the reader
questions. Why do you think
the author asks those
questions?

G. Closure
Did you understand the poem, Yes, sir!

If none, Please do remember that
always be wise in making decision
because if you do the wrong move
there will be consequence and you
cannot bring it back. But you can
learn from it, so that if you face the
same situation, you know what to
do. Okay?

IV. Assessment.
Now please divide yourselves into 8 groups, so there will be group 1A,
Group 1B, Group 2A Group 2B, and so on. I will ask every groups to
read the poem in front of the class. Do it seriously because I will score
your performance. Am I clear?

V. Assignment
Please make a poem consists at least 3 stanzas about the decision
making in your life with your own title. Write it on a one whole sheet
of paper.
