A. Preliminaries/Introduction
1. Pretest
● To determine if the students have any prior knowledge regarding the lesson, they must
answer the preliminary test.
● Reminder: Read and understand the instructions carefully
2. Review
● To be able to acquaint the students with the new lesson, they will answer the Activity A
● Reminder: Allow the students to formulate their own concepts. Encourage them to be
creative in writing. What are the methods you can use to identify customer needs?
