1. Choose organic food over non-organic whenever possible.
2. Eat sweet fruit outside of meals, especially melon. 3. Try not to eat 2 types of protein in the same meal (e.g. eggs and chicken, fish and cheese, tofu and peanuts…) 4. Eat sitting down 5. Eat 5 small meals per day 6. Chew food well 7. Eat warm food 8. Don´t eat when feeling angry, depressed or stressed 9.
