Dear Mr. Casanova:
I ask for the reconsideration of your decision to deny the
issuance of a zoning clearance for fencing project in the subject lot, myself representing the registered owner.
Your decision pursuant to the City Comprehensive Land Use
Plan of the City (Zoning Ordinance No. 389, Series of 2016) I suppose was passed without careful consideration by your Office as to the effect it will cause to registered land owners. As Zoning Officer, it should have been your duty to consider the adverse effect once the 60.0 meter wide road be implemented to the situation obtaining in the area.
While this may not be the proper forum to question the
seemingly ineptitude on your part to consider its implementation in the area, fact, said ordinance was passed without even lifting your finger to
