attained? Yes.
2. What evidence or indicators can you cite that the objectives were attained or not attained? Students
responses to teachers questions and their answers to the activities.
3. What do you think are the factors that contributed to the attainment (or non-attainment) of the
objectives? (indicator on good preparation, teacher enthusiasm, adequate and appropriate activities etc.)
Teachers tackled previous lessons to clear misconceptions. Students are given time to answer and ask
questions.
4. What went well? (if the objectives were realized or what did not go well? Or if the objectives were not
realized) were the objectives broad, not attainable within the period or not measurable? Did the students
have pre-requisite skills needed for the lesson?) The objectives were attained. Pre-requisite concepts
were discussed.

Online resources like pictures and web browser. The teacher also used virtual white board and light pen.
6. Based in the weakness you have identified, what will you do to correct or improve the situation?
The teacher sometimes take more to explain concepts. He did utilized more time in the review part of the
lesson. Most of the students are not participating.
