- at the end of the lesson the student should be able to:
a. identify the different parts of the body and their movements
b. appreciate the use of the body parts by doing a body balancing
c. apply the knowledge and play the game “last to touch body parts”.

A. Routinary Activities

a. Prayer
- May I ask you kids to please stand
to our prayer for this morning, so
class lets bow our heads and pray.
(The students bow their heads and pray).
b. Greetings
- Good morning kids
- Good Morning Teacher!
c. Checking of Attendance

- Class is there any absent today?


- None Teacher
- Okay very good.

d. Review
- Okay students, did you still
remember what was our topic last
meeting?
- Yes Teacher
- Okay that’s good. Would you
please tell me what did you
remember about our topic?
- Teacher it’s about body parts

- Okay that’s good! So, class we


were going to continue what we
discussed. But before that I want
you to please stand.

B. Motivation
- Okay kids before we start to our
topic for today. I am going to
show you a video for you to watch
and then we’re going to follow the
video. Understand?

balancing. You are going to balance
yourself while singing and dancing the

head” don’t worry kids I will guide you

The body balancing are the ff:
1. Two arms, one leg
2. Two legs, one arm
3. One arm, one leg
4. Stand on one leg
5. Sway one leg sideward

- Yes, teacher we really enjoy it.
- Nice to hear that from you kids. So,
let’s go to the next activity for you to
more familiarize to the body parts.
- I’m going to give you a picture of
some parts of your body and then
I’m going to read a situation then
you’re going to identify which part
of your body is used. Get it kids?
- Yes Teacher

- So, what’s our topic again??
- Teacher it’s about body parts.
- So, what did you learned from this
lesson?
- Teacher I learned that every parts
of our body are important.
- Very Good! What did you like about
the activities we did?
- Teacher I like the body balancing.

- Wow! I like that too. Good Job

IV. Assessment/Evaluation

Students were going to play an activity which involves the parts of their body.
The name of the activity is called "last to touch body parts". The teacher will
mention the body part and when it is mentioned the students should touch the
said body part. Making a mistake and catching a body part will be eliminated
from the game and those who are left behind will win a reward from the
teacher.

V. Agreement

- Make an advance reading about Healthy and Unhealthy foods.
