ABSTRACT
Internet represents the greatest collection of human knowledge and has enabled many
communities in the world to manage communication and solve problems faster. The internet
has made it possible for us to communicate easily. As the internet grown rapidly, some of us
are encountered some problems, one of those are having a poor internet connection, especially
nowadays that many peoples are using internet connection because of online learning and
virtual meetings. Poor internet connection was one of the biggest problem of many students
nowadays in their online learning, not only students, but those instructors or teachers that doing
their best to learn their students. This quantitative research study was conducted to illustrate the
impact of having a poor internet connection to the academic performance of the students of
South East Asia Institute of Trade and Technology. To illustrate the conducted research, we
researchers used survey questions via google form as the instrument of data collection.
