    supply Pressure vessels, Heat Exchanger, Reactors, Agitators, Condensers, Chillers,
    Evaporators, Chemical & petrochemical Tanks & vessels.

    Duration: March 2010 – till date.

    RESPONSIBILITY:
    • Preparation of QAP for all fabricated equipments indicating stage inspection
    required.
    • Organizing stage and final inspection of fabricated equipment
    • Preparation of inspection reports final acceptance/ Rejection of items in co-
    ordination with QA head.
    • Estimation of rejection rate of incoming material and to evolve methods to
    minimize the same.
    • To record, monitor and minimize occurrence of Non-conformities viz.
    dimensional mismatch, Ovality, Finish and rejection.
    • Preparation of various formats for QA activity.
    • Verification of test certificates for materials, Equipments, instruments as per QAP
    & data sheet.
    • Preparation of calibration record for all measuring instruments used by
    production and QA.
    • Inspection of raw materials, Equipments, instruments as per PO, QAP & data
    sheet.
    • Stage & final inspection of equipments viz. HE, Tank, Pressure Vessel etc.
    • Inspection before Dispatch.
