    II.MATTERS INVESTIGATED

    4. To determine the fact and circumstances surrounding the stabbing incident that occurred at
    purok Rizal, Barangay San Jose, Koronadal City.
    5. To possibly identify the suspects that will lead to their apprehension and possible
    prosecution.

    III. FACTS OF THE CASE

    6. On November 07,2021 at about 10:30 Am. a stabbing incident occurred at Si


    purok Rizal, Barangay San Jose, Koronadal City. Wherein the involved parties are as follows:

    Victim- The victim identified as Jason Derulo 18 y/o single and a resident of purok Pag-asa
    Barangay San Jose, Koronadal City.
    Suspect- Identified as Christian Tagnipes , 21 y/o and a resident of purok Rizal

    7. At the account of Patrolman. Benjamin P.Banto, first responder of patrol unit of the PNP
    Koronadal. The victim attended the party held in his friend’s house in the said Sitio of incident,
    identified as Brian Carera together with the suspect that a visitor at the same time.
    8. According to the first responder’s investigation that during the party, an argument rise-up
    between the suspect and the victim. Without knowing the suspect suddenly stabbed the victim
    at the back caused to the victim felt down on the ground and the suspect went out to escape
    towards the direction heading to Purok Rizal of the same Barangay. The victim was rushed to
    the South Cotabato Provincial Hospital for immediate medication and still under monitoring.

    9. Follow up investigation of investigation officer of PNP Koronadal, the victim and suspect is
    already having a quarrel on land boundaries. In addition, the suspect anger triggered due to the
    effect of alcohol taken by the suspect and the course of argument rise- up between the victim
    and suspect at the said party. The victim acquired 3 stab wounds as indicated by attending
    physician Dr. Cecilia F. Diaz.

    V. CONCLUSION

    10. As concluded according to the report and investigation of the first responder and the
    investigation officer. The victim acquired 3 stab wounds delivered by the suspect due to
    personal grudge and triggered by course of argument added by the effect of alcoholic drink
    taken during the party. Thus;

    VI. RECOMMENDATION/DISPOSITION
    11. Respectfully recommended that the affidavit of complaint should be forwarded to the
    prosecutor’s office for the process of application for warrant of arrest to the suspect.
