Spot Report

A stabbing incident occurred in Brgy Parian, City of San Fernando, La Union at around 11:30 AM on April 16, 2019. A minor, Allan Jake Villanueva y Mayo, age 15, stabbed Ronald Sison y Olarte, age 23, with an icepick after Ronald called out to the minor to buy balut from him but refused to pay. Ronald was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival. The minor suspect was arrested at the scene and later turned over to the police for investigation.

SUBJECT : Spot Report re Stabbing Incident

1. Reference: Blotter Entry No. 1234 dated April 16, 2019.

2. Please be informed that at about 12:00 NN of April 16, 2019, personnel of


City of San Fernando, La Union PS responded to a reported stabbing incident that
transpired at Brgy Parian, City of San Fernando, La Union wherein the suspect
identified as one Allan Jake Villanueva y Mayo, 15 years old, minor, and the victim
identified as Ronald Sison y Olarte, 23 years old, single, unemployed and both
residents of the said place.

3. Investigation conducted disclosed that at about 11:30 AM of same date,


the minor was selling balut when Ronald called the attention of the minor to buy from
him but refused to pay that resulted to a confrontation that led to the stabbing.

4. The victim sustained a stab wound on his left underarm with the used of
an icepick measuring 12 inches from handle to tip recovered from the possession
and control of the suspect. The victim was immediately rushed to Ilocos Training and
Medical Center, City of San Fernando, La Union for treatment but was pronounced
dead on arrival by the attending physician Dr. Armand Pwe while the suspect was
arrested by responding police officers.

5. Subject minor was later on turned-over to duty WCPD of said CPS for
investigation and proper disposition.
