For example, in volleyball you can't cross the center line, and in life you shouldn't cross boundaries you don't have control over, like the line between your own life and others'.

What is the importance of following rules and regulations in playing a sport?

Rules and regulations are made in order to impose a fair judgement that occurs in a game. It
also enforces a safe involvement by adhering to the guidelines. Most importantly, it executes and
ensures a healthy and unbiased game.

How do you apply the rules and regulations of volleyball in your life/ real life situations? Cite an
example.

The rules and regulations of volleyball can be applied to my life by adhering to the laws our
country has imposed. It is our own will to understand the rules. For example, the court is considered as
the world where every day we battle to survive. Crossing the court centreline is a violation, that in our
lives, we should not cross any line that we don’t have control of just like the thin line between our lives
and other people’s lives.
