Historic Precedents

2400 North Miami Avenue looked for design inspiration to Wynwood’s pre-war
industrial, commercial and institutional buildings. Those building’s used a
variety of common elements, including arches, piers and loggias to achieve rythm
and depth on their facades.

Cody Hudson’s brightly rendered paintings, drawings and Jim Lambie is celebrated for his mixed-media sculptures and Gumby is an American animation franchise centered around
sculptures explore the emotional associations off shape and installations, into which he incorporates pop culture and a green, clay humanoid charactererd created and modeld
color. his hard-edged forms echo the playful collages of Henri neon colors to create seemingly hallucinatory, site specific, by Art Clokey. The character was created in the early 1950’s
