User’s Installation Tutorial V.01


Dear Customer, please read this tutorial carefully before installation. Preserve
all documents and files with the product and deliver them to machine tool user.
CNC control panels are delicate electronic products. For operator and
machine’s safety, only professional electrician are allowed to install and test the
equipment. Carefully read any “Danger” or “Warning” labeled instructions. Please

1. Safety Precaution (Rear)

Follow Precautions During Operation

 This equipment controls servo motors and IO interface on


machine tool, do not touch circuits or devices while
powered.
 CMOS ICs in this equipment are electrostatic sensitive, do
not touch PCB without proper ESD protection.
 This equipment is a delicate electrical device, only Syntec
professionals or authorized technicians are allow to

10 Notice of Wiring

 Use spark eliminator or RC surge absorber on inductance load to protect connector.

 Wire tips must have terminals or be tinned

 Control panel’s 5VDC power supply must be a certificated model with protective
circuit to avoid damage from incorrect wiring. (Recommended: EN60950 & UL1950
certificate)
