Complete the four phases of the customer discovery step, you must have what you need to create the
following four items:

 A problem statement (that is, an analysis of the nature of the customer’s business problem)

Problem Statement:
Due to pandemic limited customers could enter the department store, customers within
the store could experience tong shopping queue line, customer can’t be able to see the product
availability along the store and it is hassle and time consuming especially customers with busy
schedules.

FEATURE NAME Online Grocery System


DESCRIPTION An online grocery system that is fast and efficient, can be
able to grocery online and accessible anytime, anywhere.
USER PROBLEM Limited customer could enter the store and having queue
lines is very stressing especially that its pandemic. Other
customers also have a busy schedule and doesn’t have
enough time to buy groceries.
VALUE PROPOSITION To create a grocery online platform that will increase the
numbers of shoppers and maximize the sale of the store.
ASSUMPTIONS Customer wants an easy access to anything
Ideal for business strategy that the customer might be able
to interact with.
OUT OF SCOPE Does not support the delivery of the ordered product
MVP User friendly interface, fast, accessible and automated in
grocery shopping.
