TERMS & CONDITIONS

 PRICES
The Prices mentioned in quotation are ex-our works. Ahmedabad Excluding Packing, Forwarding, Freight,
Insurance and all other taxes applicable.
 DELIVERY
90 Working Days from the Date of Advance Payment Received in our Official Bank Account.
 TRANSPORTATION
Transportation cost will be extra at actual.
It is in the interest of buyer / customer to obtain insurance cover against the respective order, since the
suppliers responsibilities cease as soon as the goods are delivered to the transport carrier. The supplier ceases
to own any conscious liabilities against any damages, loss, pilferage etc. while the goods are in transit or
thereafter.
 ORDER CANCELATION
Subsequently once the order placed will not be cancelled for any reason. In case Of the order being cancelled
for any reason or failure from your side to lift the Machine after Twenty days of our intimation the entire
amount of the advance will be forfeited.

 TAXES & DUTIES
Taxes are extra as per Applicable. (GST @18%)
 QUOTATION VALIDITY
Two months from the date of our Quotation.
 PAYMENT TERMS
40% Advance Payment with Purchase Order or at the time of Placing Order, Balance 60% before Delivery after
trial at our Site.
 PROPRIETORY RIGHTS
The supplier reserves his proprietor rights to the goods until he receives full Payment in connection with this
contract.
 REPAIRS / ALTERATION
It alteration or repairs have been carried out incorrectly by the customer or Third party without the supplier’s
prior consent, no guarantee will be accepted by the supplier for the resulting consequences.
The supplier can refuse to repair the defects so long as the customer has not Fulfilled his commitments.
 WARRANTY
The supplier undertakes warrantee for period of 12 months for the goods manufactured by him Against any
manufacturing defects for one shift bases period (8 hrs. working day shift) & period of six months on two shift
bases (16 hrs. working day shift). No warranty for all electronic and consumable items. The warrantee does not
cover any defect or damage caused by accident, transit misuse of the machine. The Warranty presumes that
use the equipment with necessary care as per the standard industrial practice and does not include components
which are subject to wear and tear.
(a) That such article or part is properly installed and used and operated Society in a normal manner and under
normal condition
(b) That written notice of any claimed defect is given to the supplier at its ahmedabad office by registered Post
within fifteen days after the first discovery of any claimed effect by buyers of users.
(c) That the supplier’s written authorization for the return of the Article or part having been first obtained such
article or part is promptly returned transportation charges prepaid to the supplier’s Ahmedabad office.
(d) That the supplier’s sole obligation shall be all its opinion.
 LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES
The supplier’s liabilities are limited only to such effect as explicitly specified here in above governed by this
contract and under no circumstances will this contract be valid if terms of payment & are not fully and
punctually complied by the buyer / customer.
 ERECTION
The quotation does not include the following, which will be extra to cost on the buyer/customer.
Complete expense of Lodging, Boarding, Local Transport Etc., for Engineer sent.
All raw materials, skilled & unskilled labor required during Erection should be provided by customer as well as
all other infrastructure necessities including water supply, air conditioning as the case may be at his expense.
Designs, specifications indicated in the offer are subject to constant modifications and changes from time to
time and therefore, specifications designs indicated in the offer are not final or binding on the supplier.
 JURISDICTIONS
This offer is subject to the Jurisdiction of Ahmedabad (Gujarat) Courts only.
