Appointment Letter
Dear Mr. Shubham Choudhary,

This has reference to your application dated 17.07.2021for employment and subsequent interview you
had with us. We are pleased to offer you an appointment as a Site Incharge in our organization on the
following terms and conditions:

1. Your appointment would be effective from the date of your joining with us (which is 01.08.2021).

2. Your designation will be Site Incharge.


3. Your monthly gross salary would be 20,000/- + Accommodation + Fooding (Rupees Twenty
Thousand only).
4. Your present place of posting on Project Construction of 10 MW Solar Power Plant at
Satpuli, Distt Pauri, Uttarakhand
5. PROBATION PERIOD, CONFIRMATION & TERMINATION OF SERVICES.
• You are provisionally appointed on a probation period of six months from the actual date of
joining with us. Your probation period may be extended further for six months by
management if you fail to complete your probation satisfactorily.
• During probation period and your services are liable to be terminated /dispensed with at any
time without any notice / compensation or assigning any reasons thereof.
• After confirmation, your services will be liable to terminated by giving one month’s notice
or salary in lieu of notice period on either side.
6. You will not be entitled to any allowance other than those specifically mentioned in this letter.
7. You will perform such duties as may be required by the management and obey directions of
superiors in authority over you as given from time to time.
8. You will be a whole time employee of the company w.e.f.Your date of joining and you will not
undertake any other business work or employment either on payment or otherwise. You will not
appear in any examination or test without express permission of the management in writing.
9. You address and phone number as given in the application form will be deemed to be correct for
the purpose of sending nay communication to you. In case of any change in your address / phone
number, you are required to inform the management about the same within three days of the
change.
10. You will accept all orders letters and correspondence addressed to you and given to you by the
management at the establishment or sent to you available residential address by post as and when
so required. In the event of any resistance, reluctance or refusal to accept such order, letters and
correspondence after having read the same, it will be deemed to have been served upon you.
11. Secrecy : During the period of your service, you shall not disclose, divulge or pass over to
anyone trade secrets, information relating to our business, financial matters, manufacturing
process, drawings, data plans, documents, correspondence, photographs, reports, statements,
patents, inventions, collaborator’s technology or know how connected with the business of the
company, which comes to your knowledge or has been made known to you by the management,
without the written and express permission of the director.
It is also understood that with a view to product the technology and other confidential business
matters pertaining to the technology and operation of the company.
12. Intellectual Property Rights: Any drawings, programs, process developments developed by you
during employment with the company will belong to the company and you will have no
intellectual property or the right over the same.
Copies of all drawings, programs and process sheets must be returned to the company at the time
of leaving.
13. In condition of leaving of our company, all things which are provide by company to you will be
returned back i.e. sim card , access card, Id card or any other documents, materials, etc.
14. You are requested to bring the following certificates and documents in original when you report
for duty ;
• Documentary evidence in proof of your Identity (ID Proof).
• Documentary evidence in proof of your Address.
• Documents in proof of your education qualifications and experience.
• 4 Photographs.
15. After having read and fully understood the aforesaid terms and conditions please sign the
duplicate copy of this letter in token of your acceptance of the above.
