The seat rail covers, raceway profiles as well as the accessories are available in all Airbus standard
colors.

In addition, these products can also be customized to meet customer’s demands and can be
manufactured in other colors according to various color systems such as NCS, Pantone or RAL
as well as according to customer’s sample.

SAC also has the capability to produce and manufacture customer specific profiles and is well
experienced in developing and manufacturing raceway systems including all related accessories.
Interturbine has the capability to cut to order seat track covers and raceways and to manufacture
entire aircraft sets for Airbus and other aircraft manufacturers.
Furthermore, individual and very small parts can be manufactured according to drawing.

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)
Stükerjürgen Aerospace Composites GmbH & Co. KG has the capability to produce and manufacture
single parts or small series without tooling costs directly from 3 dimensional CAD data by Fused
Deposition Modeling (FDM). FDM parts are well known for the accuracy of the dimensions and
also for their stability and durability.
For the aviation industry, Stükerjürgen is using the approved material Ultem (polyetherimide – PEI)
that offers outstanding elevated thermal resistance, high strength and stiffness with broad chemical
resistance. The materials PC or ABS are also available.
Fused Deposition Modeling can be used for developing prototypes, for reproductions or for special-
purpose solutions. FDM parts can be finished like conventionally manufactured parts. After finishing,
it is impossible to distinguish between an FDM or a part made with tooling.
Product Development
One field of application of FDM is rapid proto-
typing. No expensive tools are needed any more.
Only a 3D Model, which can be used in STL, is
necessary. The prototype suitable for test and
function will be available in a few days and can
be modified easily with inexpensive 3D Model
changes.
Reproduction
Existing parts used in an aircraft that are not
produced any more can be reproduced using
FDM and finished like conventionally manu-
factured parts.
Special-Purpose Solutions
Stükerjürgen is prepared to manufacture all
kinds of cabin interior or other parts, even
complex geometries, e.g. cup holders, partitions,
light covers, grip rails, frames, etc.. Every tailor-
made part can be produced by FDM with low
cost and short processing times.

carpet tape for refurbishment.
The tape drastically reduces manhours required for carpet installation and removal.
ABS5648B carpet tape is a double-sided,

differentially coated adhesive tape with one
clean peel removable side and one very high
adhering side.
The modified acrylic adhesive on the carpet
side provides very high levels of initial tack and
adhesion.
The unique, clean peel removable acrylic on the
floor side provides very secure adhesion to

MCS 352B®
Skydrol®
Skydrol® is the most favourable phosphate ester hydraulic fluid in the aviation industry.
Skydrol LD-4® and Skydrol 500B-4® are Type

IV fire resistant hydraulic fluids. They show
compatibility with many materials such as alu-
minium, many thermoplastics and elastomers,
epoxy finishes and polyurethane paints,
silicones, fiberglas, carbon and cotton.
Skydrol LD-4® and Skydrol 500B-4® are
approved by Airbus, Boeing, Lockheed, British
Aerospace and Fokker.
Skydrol 5® is a high temperature and low density
hydraulic fluid providing higher thermal stability
than Type IV hydraulic fluids and offers improved
paint compatibility. Skydrol 5® has lower toxicity
than tributyl phosphate based fluids.
Skydrol is available in 1QT, 1GL, 5GL cans and

55GL drums.
SkyKleen®
The highly effective cleaning solvent SkyKleen
1000® removes phosphate ester aviation
hydraulic fluids, high temperature sealants,
carbon soils, runway grit and oil from aircraft
wheels and brakes. SkyKleen 1000® is approved
by Boeing, McDonnell Douglas and BF Goodrich
Aerospace. SkyKleen 1000® is non-combustible
and has no negative impacts on aircraft
construction parts or hydraulic fluid performance.
It does not evaporate as quickly as M.E.K. or
toluene. SkyKleen is available in 16OZ, 5GL
cans and 54GL drums. SkyKleen 2000® is the
pasty version of SkyKleen 1000® and comes
in 1QT tubes and 5 gallon cans.
MCS 352B®
MCS 352B® is a hydraulic assembly lubricant
which is compatible with phosphate ester based
hydraulic fluids and does not attack seals, hoses

Interturbine Aviation Logistics GmbH is pre-

ferred supplier for CBS liquid soap dispensers.
This soap dispenser system was especially

developed for use in aircraft. The very reliable
counter top soap dispenser consists of 3
structural parts, the stainless steel piston assy
on top of the counter, the ABS shank assy and
the soap container. Easy refilling from the top,
after the piston assy is turned off. Refilling from
below is also possible by unscrewing the soap
container. The soap dispenser is mounted inside
a hole with a diameter of 1" (24-25 mm).
Where space is more restricted, the soap

container can be mounted in a displaced position
and can be connected to the dispenser using
a flexible tube of the appropriate length.
The CBS soap dispensers fit in all standard

lavatories.

The increasing use of composites in aircraft manufacturing also is giving rise to the need for repair
and manufacturing tools.
Interturbine Aviation Logistics GmbH and GMI AERO answer this need with the ANITA bonding
consoles as well as a complete line of accessories, e.g. curing heating blankets, thermocouples,
thermocouple welders, temperature calibrators for ANITA consoles, printer paper rolls and ink
cartridges, a.o.
ANITA Hot Bonding Equipment – The ANITA EZ09

The ANITA bonding consoles are the most versatile and performing equipment designed for the
advanced bonding operations in composite structure repair.
They are recognized worldwide by MROs and aircraft constructors as the most appropriate equipment
for the repair by bonding of high performances aircraft structures.

Heating Blankets
GMI AERO designs and manufactures heating blankets suitable to heat a composite part. The
challenge is to get flexibility and homogeneity performances to achieve appropriate curing of the
whole patch.
GMI's blankets meet these specifications together with long life duration.
The heating blankets are manufactured in a wide range of dimensions and sketches, e.g. rectangles,
ovals, rounds, radome shaped, stretchable.
Very large blankets are also conceived under three phase voltage and specific power amplifiers are
available.
Interturbine and GMI can assist you to adapt the heating blankets to your specific needs.
