1 General information:
A Tube and Fitting access scaffold is to be installed to full perimeter of the existing
structure at Seren Park, London. Additional Bridging is installed throughout the design, in
areas this will create Gantrys and Bridged access areas, see design for detail. The
scaffold is to be used for Very light duty and is to be tied into the building façade at
indicated locations. The Structure is deemed to be netted to full extent.
2 Loading considerations:
Imposed loading on access scaffold not to exceed 1 no.working level rated at 0.75kN/m²
with 0.75kN/m² on the inside boards.
Wind loads will be checked in accordance with BSEN1991-1-4 and supporting tie loads will
be determined.
