Telephone License (IV/2) or a dedicated radio operator must be on board.

C. One (1) Deck or Engine Officer must be designated as the Ship's Security Officer (SSO) in accordance with the
International Ships and Ports Security Code and must hold an appropriate SSO course completion certificate.

D. The Engine Room will be classified as Unattended by the relevant classification society. At least two
navigation officers on board will be dual licensed with engineering ratings appropriate for the engines on board.
