The giant panda bear is on the verge of extinction due to the loss and destruction of its bamboo habitat from human expansion and activities. As a species that relies almost exclusively on bamboo, the panda is extremely vulnerable to habitat loss. Uncontrolled hunting and trafficking have also threatened the panda population. Efforts to protect remaining bamboo forests and curb illegal activities are critical to preventing the panda's extinction.

ANIMAL IN DANGER OF EXTINCTION
Due to civilization and the expansion of the
human being on the planet, the panda bear is running out of habitat. He has tried to adapt by changing his behavior and way of life, but his demise is practically imminent. Being the most threatened species in the world due to the massive destruction of its habitat and uncontrolled hunting are the main reasons why this species is threatened, since its dependence on bamboo makes it extremely vulnerable. APPEARANCE They have black-rimmed ears, legs, and eyes. They have thick fur. They weigh between 200 and 250 pounds. Males weigh more than females. They often stretch out their hind legs and sit up when eating. The face of this mammal is one of the features that most differentiates it from the rest of the bears. And it is that this is usually flatter and with a smaller snout, similar to cats. Similarly, their jaws are similar to those of herbivores, which is related to their eating habits. DIET
Although it belongs to the order of
carnivores, the panda is a mostly herbivorous animal, feeding almost exclusively on about thirty species of bamboo cane (99% of its diet consists of bamboo), although it also feeds on fruits, small mammals, fish and insects. It is a good climber, although it is rarely seen in the trees. Thanks to its fur, it withstands winter conditions. CAUSES OF IT’S EXTINCTION
The man when practicing hunting, or the
trafficking of species threatens his life. Their homes continue to be eliminated and their breeding and breeding in captivity becomes too difficult. Currently the Chinese government severely punishes actions against this species; however, this does not mean that it is out of danger of disappearing. The protection of bamboo forests is one of the most important actions that contribute to their conservation. ACTIONS TO SAVE PANDAS
