PNPKI Password Reset Guide
PROCEDURES:
STEP 1
Open your preferred web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge
or Internet Explorer) and copy this link: https://govca.npki.gov.ph/SecureTMSSelfSrv/
You will then be asked to enter your Username and Password to login.
Ex: DelaCruz_Juan_Sign
STEP 2
File a ticket through the PNPKI Form using this link: https://bit.ly/PNPKIHelpDeskForm
OR email us at mc2.support.pnpki@dict.gov.ph ONLY IF the form is inaccessible or
down.
Our Registration Authority Officers (RAO) will then take necessary actions within 3-5
working days in unlocking your account. Once you receive an email from PNPKI support
confirming your account is unlocked, unblocked, or reactivated—proceed to Step 3.
Note: You only have 24 hours to reset your password from the time you received the email.
Otherwise, you may need to request to unlock your account again.
STEP 3
Go back to the PNPKI login page (https://govca.npki.gov.ph/SecureTMSSelfSrv/) and
click the word “HERE” below the login box.
STEP 4
Enter your Username and the given Security Code below your username textbox. Click
the ‘Ok’ button on the lower left part of the box once you’re done.
Note: The Security Code is case sensitive. This means if a letter is in UPPERCASE form, it must
be entered in UPPERCASE and lowercase if otherwise. It’s also a good practice to check your
Caps Lock, delete extra spaces and double check the entered characters to make sure it matches
with the given Security code before clicking ‘OK’.
STEP 5
Check your email if you get this kind of message on top of the login box and follow the
instructions on the email.
Note: DO NOT enter the new security code again nor click OK to avoid duplicate emails and
multiple codes.
IF you get an ERROR MESSAGE like this error below, it means you have entered the
Security code incorrectly. This also means you must re-enter the given Security Code
and carefully check if they match. Remember, it’s CASE Sensitive and extra spaces
matters.
IF you get a different ERROR, re-file a ticket through the PNPKI Form using this link:
https://bit.ly/PNPKIHelpDeskForm OR email us at mc2.support.pnpki@dict.gov.ph.
However, this is a rare instance.
STEP 6
The image below shows the email notification of a successful online password reset. It
only takes few seconds or sometimes minutes for you to receive one. IF you haven’t
received this type of message in your inbox, you may need to check your email’s SPAM
or JUNK folder. Otherwise, you may have used a different email during your PNPKI
registration
It’s important to USE THE FIRST LINK as highlighted below to go to the right page and
proceed in resetting your password.
STEP 7
The link from the email will route you to the PNPKI website with this form. Your username
is already pre-filled. The only thing to do is enter your NEW desired password and re-type
it in the second box as shown below.
Note: For security purposes, your new Password should be at least 8 characters long containing
letters, numbers and at least 1 capital letter. Symbols are also acceptable.
Finally, if you have succesfully get into this page, it means you have successfully reset
your PNPKI password.
Note: Remember your password thoroughly. If you are not using your PNPKI often, write your
password in a safe file or note where you can find it when you need it.
