Recognize that not every disagreement is negative. Conflict may present a chance to improve alignment and
clarity. Consider a scenario where your team's resources are limited and your key stakeholders cannot agree
on which features to develop first. Going back to the drawing board can be a wonderful way to evaluate and
rank features such that the ones with the greatest business value get deployed first.

Agenda Item 2 Provide Guidance on Task Issue
Communication deserves particular consideration. In the era of remote work, developing lines of
communication becomes even more important. Previously organic information exchange had to be
engineered through communication technology. Invite your team members to a coffee date through Zoom,
or use MS Teams to plan a casual touchpoint.
To build respect and trust within the team, put an emphasis on inclusion and belonging. As project
managers, we frequently collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and must be conscious of several facets
of diversity, such as organisational and cultural diversity. Your team will work more cohesively and eliminate
silos if you organise it around shared project objectives and team values.
