II. INTRODUCTION
Rey: Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. Graduation day is always a day of rejoicing for it marks
the conclusion of an educational journey and the commencement of another more uncertain and more
difficult part of man’s quest for a better life and future. Truly, signifies the culmination of many years
of hard work in the relentless pursuit of knowledge, knowledge that will enable a person to embrace
opportunities and to take challenge with clear vision and purpose.
Today, another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the school year 2021-2022. Friends,
welcome to the 7th Moving Up Ceremony in Panagaan National High School, Panagaan,
Mahayag,Zamboanga del sur
III. PROCESSIONAL
Rey: With so much cheer, let us welcome the candidates for Graduation for School Year 2021-2022.
Rey: Let us also welcome the highly esteemed members of the academic community led by the
dynamic and supportive Schools Division Superintendent, DR. Majarani M. Jacinto, represented by
______________________________________, the epitome of empowered man and a great school
leader, our very own School Principal I, Sir John Edwin S. Degayo, the energetic Assistant School
Principal, ____________________________________, together with the vibrant and high caliber
educators of this institution, honored keynote speaker, barangay officials who are with us today,
colleagues, visitors and friends.
Rey: The Moving Up Ceremony of Panagaan National High School _ is now in order. May I request
everyone to please all rise as we pay tribute to our National Flag through the singing of our Philippine
National Anthem by an audio-visual presentation.
And please remain standing as we pay tribute, honor and glory to our Almighty GOD through
an invocation from the Grade 10 Candidates for completion and to be followed by singing the
Regional and Zamboanga del Sur Hymn still from the Grade 10 Candidates for Completion.

VI. ANNOUNCEMENT
Rey: Members of the graduating class, honored guests, IPED Council, faculty, staff, students, family,

X. MOVING UP MESSAGE
Darlin: To be more inspired, let us all welcome our very own Public Schools District Supervisor, for
her message to the graduates. Everybody around of applause to Dr. Marigold A. Candia.
Rey: Today’s affair is being graced by a special woman who will in a minute deliver her words of
wisdom to our young graduates and to their parents as well. To get to know more of her, may we call
on the stage our very own Teacher III, in the person of Mrs. Zera P. Palad to do the honors in
introducing our 7th Moving Up Keynote Speaker.
Darlin: At this juncture may we call in Ms. Sarah Mae B. Sarabia for her words of welcome.

Rey: A certificate of Graduation is the tangible evidence of being a graduate in a certain level of
education. This is now the fruit of each student’s endeavor. So to do the honors, once again, we have
on the stage are the members of the educational community.
Rey: And now, the most awaited of our programme, especially for the parents and the learners who
will be awarded, let us now move on to the awarding of medals and certificates to honors and
deserving students.

Mazc: Saying and giving thanks to all the people behind your success is worth appreciating. At this

Rey: Music is the expression of the soul, it moves emotions and feels with the movement of the time.
Through a song that emphasizes the strength amidst challenges, let us hear the graduation song
“Kaibigan Mo”.
That was an awesome delivery of lines and melody and I hope our guests think the same. At this
point, the batch 2019 would have not reached this far, if not because of the people beside them. The
graduates would wish to take this opportunity to thank their parents in one way or another.
