booster in the corporate world. When you have intelligence, intellectual and a leadership
capability; your dressing is the statement that puts across this message. The charm and suave that
oozes through power dressing is definite and extraordinary for people who want to make a mark
in this rat race of climbing the corporate ladder.

For example:
If your body is showing signs of poor hygiene like bad teeth, for example, brushing them more
times than you used to won’t make your teeth healthier.
On the other side, having healthy teeth and brushing them two times per day would keep them
healthy for a longer time.
Hygiene conscious people believe that living in a clean and healthy environment begins with
themselves. They make an effort to maintain their body and environment clean and safe for
themselves. They don’t count on somebody who will do that for them.
Also, they understand that by neglecting personal hygiene, they make it harder for themselves to
connect with people.
This state of awareness helps them differentiate between the habits that make their life easier and
the ones that create obstacles in their life.
Make up your bed as soon as you wake up instead of doing it after you come from
school or work.
1. Oral care

two times per day.
This basic routine should include teeth brushing, dental flossing and tongue cleaning.
2. Hands hygiene
Wash your hands regularly and maintain your fingernails trimmed and short.
Your hands are the dirtiest part of your body because you touch many dirty and dusty objects.
At the same time, unkempt fingernails and dirty hands look unpleasant which may embarrass
people when shaking hands with you. Especially, when they notice that black line of much
beneath your fingernails.
3. Body hygiene
Take showers regularly whenever you feel that you feel smelly and not fresh.
Showering is a great way to eliminate sweat or other body eliminations head to toe. While
showering, pay attention to your armpit as this area releases the most odors.
Also, wash your feet thoroughly as well.
Good grooming and keeping oneself neat and clean shows that a person has respect for
himself or herself and the people he or she comes in contact with throughout the day. There
are many aspects of grooming and personal hygiene including hair, nails, breath, body odor and
clothing.
Regardless of whether one is running errands or going on a job interview, good grooming should
be second nature. Practicing a daily routine of personal hygiene helps a person put their best foot
forward, no matter what the situation is.
Men and women should keep their hair neat and clean. Trimming and styling it every few
months helps keep the hair from appearing shaggy and unkempt. Fingernails should always be
clean, and men's nails look best when clipped short. If women choose to wear nail polish, it
should be maintained on a regular basis. Teeth should be brushed at least once a day to help keep
breath fresh, and people should shower regularly to help combat body odor.
The style of clothing depends upon the situation or event. For example, people are expected to
wear business attire to the office, but can dress in a more casual manner on the weekends. No
