black felt and draw around it.
4: cut out the pupils.
5: glue or sew the pupils onto the white of the eyes.
Pupil template
1: measure the width of 2 stitches across the head
and the height of 4 rounds.
2: draw a rectangle using these
measurements. 3: round off each corner.
4: cut out the pupil.
Assembly
Nose: pin the nose onto the centre of the head 2
rounds up from the open end of the head. (Don’t sew
on yet)
Cheeks: pin the cheeks onto the head either side of
the nose with the bottom of the cheeks level with the
bottom of the nose.
Remove the nose, sew around 3 quarters of the cheek
then push some stuffing under it to raise the cheek,
finish off sewing the cheek on.
Tail: sew the tail onto the body 3 rounds up from the
magic circle on the body and covering 5 rounds of the
body.
Arms: sew the edge of the arms onto either side of end of the body.
