A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION

AND MANAGEMENT FUND INVESTMENT PLAN (BDRRMF IP) FOR CALENDAR
YEAR 2021

WHEREAS, Republic Act 10121, An act strengthening the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management System, providing for the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Framework and
institutionalizing the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan, appropriating funds therefor
and for other purposes;

WHEREAS, Section 12 (c-7) of Republic Act 10121 provides the function of the Local Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management Office to prepare and submit to the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management Council the Annual LDRRM Plan and budget, the proposed programming of the LDRRMF, other
dedicated disaster risk reduction and management resources, and other funding source/s and budgetary
support of the LDRRMO/LDRRMC;

WHEREAS, various programs and projects under the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
Fund Annual Investment Plan (LDRRMFIP) for CY 2020 are extracted from the Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management Plan (DRRMP) 2020-2025 and funded according to the approved programming of this
Resolution;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund Investment Plan (BDRRMF
IP) for the Calendar Year 2021 has the following sources of funds broken down as follows:

Barangay Kagawad Dexter M. Batadlan be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved, to approve the Plans and
Programs of Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund Investment Plan (BDRRMF IP) for the
Calendar Year 2021.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to the Office of the City Disaster
Risk Reduction and Management Office, the City Budget Office, the City Accountant’s Office, the Department
of the Interior and Local Government, the Commission on Audit, and all other concerned offices and
departments for their information, guidance and appropriate action.
