STO. NIÑO, KOLAMBUGAN, LANAO DEL NORTE HELD ON OCTOBER 5, 2012 AT 9:30 A.M. AT THE
BARANGAY HALL.

RESOLUTION NO. 35 S. 2012

A Resolution Adopting Participatory Situational Analysis to determine the priority projects of the Barangay
and to be incorporated/integrated to the 5-years Barangay Development Plan and Annual Investment Plan of
Barangay Sto. Niño, Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte.

WHEREAS, the CIDSS-KALAHI was mobilized in Barangay Sto. Niño, and organized a PARTICIPATORY
SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS conducted by VOLUNTEERS, whose task is to identify and determine the priority
problem existing in the community.

WHEREAS, the PARTICIPATORY SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS VOLUNTEERS identified, first is the


Farm to Market Road and 2nd is Livelihood for Economic Living upliftment, 3rd is the Communal Toilet and last is the
Solid Waste Management for health security of the people.

WHEREAS, these four major problems was introduced to the people of the Barangay by conducting a
Barangay Assembly for information, confirmation and solicitation of solutions to address the problems.

WHEREAS, the Participatory Situational Analysis result was submitted to the Barangay Council for further
deliberation and discussion to find solution regarding the problem that exist in the Barangay.

NOW therefore on motion by Kagawad Julieto M. Lapon and duly seconded by all members present it was….

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to adopt the Participatory Situational Analysis result to be integrated in
the 5-years Barangay Development Plan and also be incorporated to the Annual Investment Plan for immediate action
once funds will be available.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution be copy furnish to the office of the D.S.W.D. Region X,
KALAHI-CIDSS 1443 Project Act and Municipal Coordinating Team of Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte.

Carried Unanimously by all members present.
