No Process Description
1 Worked preparation
1.1 Site Clearing Before start the job area project to ensure clear form
energy source as electrical & pipe gas also houkeeping
area.
1.2 Installation partition Site boundary to be installation partiotion to :
- Avoid unathourise person,
- In order not to disturb the environment: reduce noise,
dust etc.
The partition frame structure uses a pipe and the wall uses
zinc as high as about 3 meters.
1.3 Tools & Equipment The selection of tools for the project must be appropriate for
their use and comply with government and customer HSE
regulations
1.4 Marking Marking workarea to guide line during excavation
2 Demolition
2.1 Breaking and Demolition of the main structure will be completed with the
excavation use of a Excavator fitted with chisel breaker attachment.
This will be positioned as detailed on the plan which follows.
The arising material will be cleared from the building as
works progress where they can then be processed by
further Excavators which will be in attendance throughout
the demolition. The machine is to be attended by a
banksman who will oversee the operations and be in close
contact with the Operator at all times. The foundation is to
be demolished to the top floor foundation of the first-floor
level only using a Excavator fitted with chisel breaker
attachment.
2.2 Remove Reinforcing During excavation at work area is old foundation machine
rebar &H Beam and remove Reinforcing rebar &H Beam with cutting torch
for easy excavation with excavator.
2.3 Truck Mobilization All materials will be periodically removed from the site and
placed into skips. Skips will then be transported using lory
truck with sheets to prevent the demolition arisings from
littering the environment
3 Soil Test Taken the sample chemistry of the soil in the area
conducted by third party

4 Dewatering For ease of construction and to mitigate risks of soil


collapse between piles, temporary dewatering was
undertaken to lower the groundwater at excavation area by
sucking water using the engine pump to the tank provided.
4 Retaining Walls
4.1 Piling work (Sheet Sheet pile walls are retaining walls constructed to retain

thinner in section compared to masonry walls.
