Dozer Inspection

25 – Internal dirty Check all internal liners (seat and floor) for dirty, smudge, cut or other kind of damage.

26 – Glasses / Rubbers Inspect all cab glasses / rubbers for crack and scratch.

27 – Glasses lock Check the correct operation of all glasses lock for movement without interference and friction.
Check all door cab locks for interference with the door protection or others parts, verify if the door locked
28 – Door lock the first and second stage.

29 – Door upper lock RH / LH Check all door upper cab locks for interference or hard/difficult when in use.

Check the status of the machine flash, use the PSPS system (internal system) and serial numbers. Write

1 – Ignition switch Verify if the three position ignition switches are operating if the nut is tightened.

2 – Electric horn Verify if the electric horn is operating, pushing it two times.

3 – Neutral - start switch Verify the engine does not start when the transmission is engaged.

Verify air conditioner operation. With the engine at high idle, set the air conditioner button in maximum
